Nattes are traditional African rugs made of woven plastic straws, found throughout Africa. I offer them my own take, removing the traditional fringes and replacing them with a waxed fabric border, making them more beautiful and durable. Designed for interiors (kitchen, bathroom, children's room, or bedside rugs), nattes can also be taken on vacation, to the beach, or in the garden, just be careful not to leave them in the sun for prolonged periods. They are comfortable and can be washed with a damp cloth. The patterns are chosen individually from a myriad of variations, to suit my taste, but especially that of my customers: they are perfect for a home that longs to travel and explore!

Plastic rugs.
LikeUafrica African rugs have a border decorated with a wax fabric carefully selected by artisans and, in some cases, a black or blue side border with the manufacturer's logo. This border can be unstitched and removed if desired.
